An aggressive clique of extreme political activists have begun to use harmful strategies of mischaracterization, smearing and gaslighting, particularly in partnership with a nebulous new LLC in town entitled “The Rouse Project”.
This week, District 4 BOE incumbent Jen Mallo and her re-election campaign team have been handing out Ballot Cheat Sheets created by the “Vote Yes on Question 2” Super PAC (a pro-“Sports Gambling in Maryland” PAC).

Donations from CAPA PAC are starkly different from the distinctly business-driven developers and political parties donating significantly to non-partisan Board of Education campaigns.
Are these developers, land-use attorneys/lobbyists and partisan political public-affairs groups truly championing expanded affordable housing and socio-economic based redistricting out of the goodness of their hearts?
